By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Overview

Neuralead provides a platform that automates Facebook Page replies using AI and custom templates.
These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, APIs, and related services.

2. Eligibility

To use Neuralead, you must: - Be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent).
- Have a valid Facebook account and comply with Facebook’s platform policies.
- Use the service only for lawful and permitted purposes.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during sign-up.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If we detect suspicious or abusive activity, we may suspend or terminate your account.

4. Use of Service

You agree not to: - Use Neuralead to send spam, misleading, or harmful messages.
- Violate Facebook’s or any third-party platform’s terms of service.
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our system.
- Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend any account found violating these rules.

5. Facebook Integration

By connecting your Facebook Page: - You grant us permission to manage page conversations and reply on your behalf via Facebook APIs.
- We do not post anything publicly without your explicit action.
- You can disconnect your page anytime from the dashboard, which will remove related tokens.

6. Subscription and Payment

• Some features may require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed through approved gateways (e.g., SSLCommerz, Stripe).
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• We may change pricing with prior notice.

Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension or limited access.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 24/7 uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates.
We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions or third-party API issues (e.g., Facebook downtime).

8. Data Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using Neuralead, you consent to data collection and processing as described there.

9. Limitation of Liability

Neuralead is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We are not responsible for: - Damages resulting from misuse of our service,
- Loss of data or profits,
- Issues caused by external platforms like Facebook or OpenAI.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 3 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you: - Violate these Terms,
- Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior,
- Misuse our API or AI systems.

You can also delete your account anytime through your dashboard.

Upon termination, all your stored data and access tokens will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top.
Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in a court located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
